Drill -
In pairs one player will stand on the orange cone with the ball the other player will run out to the red cone run back in and recieve a high throw from there partner which they will then head back into their hands. When they have done 10 they will swap over roles.
- The delivery of the throw must be high for the header.
- Sprinting from the red cone to the next red cone.
- Heading must be accurate back into their partners hands.
