Football Drill Demonstration


Players separated into two teams.


Players provide resistance to one another using:

  1. Shoulders resistance (side by side)
  2. Foam pulling (face to face)

As soon as the coach shouts BALL they both have to sprint and enter the designated field. Coach provides a pass and the first player to sprint towards him will have to decide whether to shield the ball or turn with the ball and pass through the red posts. The defender tries to win the the ball.
