Main Part: Four Corners 4 Corners

DESCRIPTION

  1. Create 4 grids each being about 5' x 5' in each corner of the gym
  2. 2 teams of 5 and each team has one ball
  3. On the coaches command both teams need to score a point by passing a ball to a teammate who is inside of one of the 4 corners.
  4. each team can score in any corner but cannot score in the corner twice in a row

Progression

  1. Pass must be a give and go to their own teammate
  2. 1 ball between the 2 teams competing to gain posession and make a pass to a teammate who is inside of one of the 4 corners
