Two players come out against one defender, with the goal of scoring quickly. Whoever shoots has to run around the cone near the opponents goal and is then recovering defender. Two attackers can go right as the ball hits the goal/goalie.
Attack quickly as a pair. Get a shot off low and to a corner. Do not be selfish, pass if your teammate has a better shot.
Quickly recover as a defender and make their shots difficult.
