DESCRIPTION

4v1 on each end with a center mid in the middle. Set of four must make 3-5 passes and then play the ball to the center mid, who turns and plays into the other four.

Progression: Center mid lays the ball off to someone on the team that just had possession, and then they must switch the ball into the opposite square

Progression: Limit the number touches

COACHING POINTS

Movement: players off the ball must move and create space to receive a pass.

Good first touch: in order for this to work, you must have good first touch out from your feet.

Center Mid: receive the ball with the upfield foot in order to be able to see where you want to play the ball quickly.
