4v4 Inside the box. Team must connect three passes inside the box, and then find a throughball pass, with the player running on and striking the ball.
After every three goals, switch the players waiting into the drill for the losing team. As they are out waiting, work on juggling.
Offensive Spacing: make room for yourself in order to maintain possession for your team.
Correct Runs/Balls: Look for angled runs toward the goal for the through ball. If it is an angled run, there should be a a straight pass. If straight run, then angeled pass.
Striking the ball: Strike the ball while on the run, getting over the ball and hitting accurately with power. Look for far post driving the ball on the ground.
