Leader ball- the player out the front with the ball will throw the ball using a bounce pass to the person on their left, that player then bounce passes the ball back to the leader and this happens until all players have passed back to the leader.
Then we rotate clockwise so that the person on the left will become the new leader and the old leader will join the line on the right side. repeat this 2 other times with chest passes and lob passes.
