DESCRIPTION

4 Cones 

2 Balls 

25yrds (long) x 10yrds (wide) 

Players work in pairs.

COACHING POINTS

1. Players work in Pairs. setting off at the same time in opposite directions. 

2. Figure of 8. Jog on short sides, Sprint / RWTB on diagonal runs. 

3. Player without ball has to sprint and recieve the ball at the other side, they jog with the ball before sprinting on the long side.
