Football Drill Demonstration


Player with the ball dribbles to the cone,makes a move: step-over, pull-back,Puscas, Mathews etc, then pass to the right and follow your pass.

Start with 2 balls in opposite corners.

Advanced teams can do the drill with 4 balls.

Repeat in the other direction.
