In Groups of four the participants will line up in a straight line passing the ball working on their passing technique. To achieve this drill groups of four will run up in a straight line passing the ball to each other using correct passing technique.
When passing the ball ensure ball is in 6 o'clock position which shoulders arms and hips pointing towards the target. When passing the ball to another participant make sure you follow through with the pass
