  • 4v4 + 2 GKs + 1 Floater
  • Team in possession only allowed 1 player in each of the 9 zones, encourage to create diamond.
  • Team not in possession can go anywhere, encourage to make ball orientated counter pressure and pressure where possible.
  • Directional with goals.

COACHING POINTS

  • Focus on vertical and diagonal passing options for team in possession.
  • Focus on shift between vertical and then horizontal diamond structure.
  • Focus on good positions to regain quickly with ball orientated counter pressure.
