DESCRIPTION

  1. Gk will start the exercise with a back press using a resistant bend 10X
  2. Immediately after the 1st exercise, Gk have to complete a side to side footwork exercise. 1X
  3. Continue with a Burpees 10X
  4. Finish the full curcuit with a shuttle run.
  5. Continue the curcuit 1-2min max

COACHING POINTS

To focus on the task at hand and to do it with focus. Lift up the legs high and quick each time gk doing a footwork
