The blue cones are spaced 10m x 10m apart and the red cones are approximately 6m out from the blue grid cones.
In the blue grid are 4 red players and 2 white players and on any of the red cones are 2 white players There are 2 teams red and white who compete against each other.
The object of the game is for the red team players (4) to complete as many passes before any of the white team players (2) touches the ball. As soon as any white player inside the blue grid touches the ball both white players inside the blue grid must immediately sprint outside the blue grid and tag one of their team mates waiting on the red cones who then takes their place inside the blue grid.
Once a white player touches the ball and they swap over the red team must continue to pass the ball around but they must also start their counting from zero again.
The coach stands to one side with some spare balls and feeds a ball into any red player when they lose their ball or its kicked away etc. to keep the drill going.
The drill continues for 5 minutes before the players can have a break and swap teams. The team with the most passes wins
