Split the players into 3 groups and have one team around the outside of the area whilst the remaining 2 teams play aginst eachother, trying to score into their designated goal.
The 2 teams on the pitch can use the team on the outside but the team on the outside must remain outside of the playing area. This will ensure the players will show movement and create space in order to receive a pass.
When a team concedes a goal, start play with a pass out of that goal as the team will now have to look into the wide areas in order to transfer the ball around the goals to attempt to score into the other.
-Can the team in possession check their runs in order to create space and lose their marker
