Plays starts from right side and works upwards,then across
Player A plays a short ball to player D and follows to play a one two with player D, he then goes to back of line,while's player D plays a long ball across to player F , he then sprints to player F.
Player F plays a short ball to player opposite him,he continues the run to player a one two with player and goes at the back of the line
Player then plays a long ball to player A , he then sprints to the back of the line
Play's starts again
Once players have full control of session, you can add another ball on player F , and do the opposite
