1 - #3 plays the ball to the goalkeeper who recieves the ball and opens up his body
2 - Goalkeeper plays a diagonal ball to #5
3 - #5 plays a diagonal ball to the number 6. (4) #6 must time his run to recieve the diagonal ball in a central area.
5 - #6 plays a wall pass with the #5 while the number 8 moves into a central area
6 - #5 crosses the ball into the middle after playing the wall pass with #6
7 - #6 and # 8 then attempt to finish the cross
8 - Once the sequence is complete, #number 4 then starts the next sequence in the opposite direction as shown by the red arrows in the diagram
9 - When #3 starts the sequence, players run from Cone A to E. Players in Cone E move onto cone D. Once they have had an opportunity at goal at #8 they then move to cone B
10 - When #4 starts the sequence, players in cone B will move to cone C. Players in cone C move to cone A. Once the player has had an effort at goal as the #6 they then move to cone A
