Jog from L corner to top of slalom working at 50% HR max.

Receive the ball from therapist (long pass)

Dribble with the ball through slalom and shoot with non injured limb.

Progress > use cones as the slalom to make it tighter and more control from player is needed

> Replace cones with 1-2 passes between player and therapist
