DESCRIPTION

1) Jogging for Endurance

The player will continuously jog at 25% of max for 15-20 mins. Once the player reaches the touchline, the player will decrease to a walk before proceeding across the pitch. This is to ensure only straight line jogging is performed.

Aims - To build aerobic endurance.

Therapist is able to observe the running mechanics of the player.
