- 7 aside field, use cones to mark field into thirds
- Play 7-aside (in GK) but one player on each team is desginated sweeper (orange). Other outfield players should be paired up for marking.
- Sweepers in possession get 3 unoppossed touches to get the ball back into play
COACHING POINTS:
- Look for the triggers
- Attackers sweeper on the ball; defenders drop off their opponent to protect against a pentrating pass until final touch or ball played in
- Nearest defender presses to prevent turn and movement forward
- As pressure is applied to the ball defenders can start to squeeze in front of the attackers
