DESCRIPTION

Duration: 2 mins

High intensity

Using the width of the field, set a grid about 7-10 yards in depth. Middle player sends a ball acrtoss field have his/her teammate checking back to recieve. Outside players recieves, turns up field, then turns to play back. Center player collects and sends ball across field while continuing his run. Repeat. 

COACHING POINTS

  1. all 3 players should be recieving with back foot.
  2. before outside players returns ball, he/she should get their head.
  3. center player minimizes the dribble. 
  4. you can shorten the width of the excersize if needed
