DESCRIPTION

Player runs around the triangle and recieves a pass from player across from him. Running player one touches a pass to opposite corner. Runner retracts, reversing the run to recieve another pass. Runner completes odd number of rotation (5) then goes back to the end of the line. New player starts run from opposite corner. 

COACHING POINTS

High intensity. Runner should use lead foot for an across the body pass. The idea is a shot on goal.
