The white players are attackers and the red players are defenders. At one at a time from each team,the red players have to stop and defend the goal o stop the white players from getting the ball into the goal. If the white player gets past the red player and scores a goal then they get a point,but if they try and shoot and they miss the goal,then the red team get a point. They have 5 minutes to get as many points as they can.
They are developing their agility,shooting,defending.
