DESCRIPTION:
- 15x15 area for up to 12 players
- Half players with a ball , other half stand by a cone distributed around the area
- Players with the ball dribble around the area and execute 1v1 skills on the static players
- Demo; Fake/shoulder drop, step-over, scissors, 360, elastico (vary dependant on player development stage)
- Switch every 2 mins
