DESCRIPTION

  1. Direct Free Kick- Using a 3-4 man wall set up by the GK, kickers take shots at the goal on coach's signal. Each free kick taken from a different spot. Players have 10 seconds or less to organize the wall before the shot. Main emphasis is on what the GK does to set up the wall, where the wall is and where the GK positions themselves behind the wall.
  2. Indirect Free Kick- spend 5 mins after direct kicks to go over this. person on outside of wall charges ball after it has been tapped. Keep the wall strong until after the shot.
