DESCRIPTION

  • Cones 20 x 25 Yards Long by 15-20 Yards Wide (adjust width and length depending on age, and skill level.  Be willing to make adjustments mid session)
  • Offense at one end of Alley
  • Defense at the other end
  • Split offense and defense into two groups for the different alleys
    • Clockwise rotation of which alley everyone is in so everyone can do offense and defense. 
  • 2 Offensive players to 1 defensive player in each alley
    • Defense kicks it down to the offensive pair
    • They settle, then make the decision to dribble by, or pass by the defender
    • Offense wins by dribbling it pass the end line of the alley
    • Defense wins if they take the ball, or knock it out of the alley before they offense gets to the end line.
      • Encourage offensive decision making.  When to dribble, when to pass.
