DESCRIPTION

Moderate intensity passing and moving within center circle on the field, or a 10x10 grid. No pattern for passing- anyone can pass to anyone. Two groups, oranges and blues. On coach's call, one team sprint to any corner and back to center. Non-running team continue to pass within circle/grid. Rest period per team is 45 seconds. Drills continues for 6-8 reps per team.
