This exercise is focused on pressing as high as possible whilst staying in formation, working as a collective to press the man whilst cutting out other options available to the man on the ball. The team task for blue is essentially to press as high as possible, ideally in advanced section of the half-pitch. The team task for the orange team is to simply score a goal.
