DESCRIPTION

  • 2 Players 1 tackle bag
  • Player B holds the bag
  • Player A Starts face down
  • A rises and tackles the bag then gets to his feet whilst lifting the bag and retreating to his start position.
  • B once A has tackled the bag, gets face down & whats For a to have the bag ready for him to tackle.
  • Players Repeat exercise for 1-2 minutes.

COACHING POINTS

  • Tacklers must tackle low
  • Get to there feet quickly into the jackle position.
  • Lift bag & quickly get back to the starting position.
