DESCRIPTION

  • Perform this speed drill at 100% effort. Sprint from cone 1 to cone 2 touch the cone with your hand then backpedal to cone 1.
  • Sprint from cone 1 to cone 3 touch the cone with your hand then backpedal to cone 1.
  • Sprint from cone 1 to cone 4 touch the cone with your hand then backpedal to cone 1.
  • Sprint up to finish line for one repetition completed perform 6-10 repetitions Side step sprint place
