Divide group into 2 (or 4 if large group :. set up 2 of each drill)
Perform each station for 5min, change, and repeat.
Drill A:
- Start at black cone
- Sprint to orange cone where a coach will point left or right
- Players breaks to the side the coach pointed to and sprints to yellow cone
- Jog back to start and repeat
Drill B:
- Players start at orange cone
- Perform the following drills through the hurdles and sprint to white cone where they need to complete 10 x Burpees, situps and alternating lunges.
1. Sideways high knees (2 foot touches between hurdles; L & R)
2. Tuck jumps (feet together and continuous)
* Focus on speed of movement
* Correct technique
* Quick reaction
