SETUP:
- Teams of 3-5 line up at a starting cone
- For each team a line of 4 balls sat on 4 disc cones at 1yd spacing placed 20yds away
- Mark out a 2x2yd shooting zone 6 yds from the starting cone
- Coaches behind the balls to help return the balls to teams
- Players take it in turns to dribble into the shooting zone and ahoot to knock one of their balls off a cone
- First team to complete wins. Time limit 3minutes per round
