Players work in a 20x20yd zone.

1: Light jogging - Activate body systems.

2: Dynamic stretching - Release tightness in muscles.

3: Add balls increase tempo - Stimulate the cardiovascular system.

4: ABCS - Agility Balance Coordination Strength type movements.

5: Player's pass and move in two groups. PLayer's have to pass along the number line 1-8.

Progression: Add balls.
