30x40 field split into 3 zones and goals at each end. Two teams with 4 players. Team in possession begins in their defensive zone and looking to score on opposing goal from the offensive zone. Restriction on players in certain zones. Only 1 defender allowed at any time in the possessing teams defensive or offensive zone. Max of 2 offensive players allowed in offensive/scoring zone. Any number allowed in the middle zone or own defensive zone.
Change of possession on goals and when ball goes out.
Movement off the ball to open up passing combinations. Looking for 2v1 situation when in the offensive/scoring zone.
