Two teams in the middle zone. Focus is solely on the defense. DO NOT coach offense. Both teams will get a chance to play defense. Every time the defensive teams blocks a cross or clears a cross they will receive a point. Once they retain possession, the teams will switch sides quickly and coach will play the ball
Be aware of the offensive numbers. Make sure you recognize the danger zone. when clearing the ball, remember high, long and wide. Double team is a must on the side line and flank specially on the defensive third.
