Organisation

  • Two teams of 4-6 players
  • Mark out a rectangle 40yds x 50yds with two end zones 8-12yds deep
  • Each team defends and attacks a goal with a goalie
  • Play 3v3 (or 4v4) in the middle zone with one defender and one attacker in each end zone
  • All players must stay in their zone
  • Players in the middle zone attempt to pass to their striker in the end zone who then plays 1v1 against the defender

Progression

  • Middle zone player who passes ball to striker may join him in the end zone to make it 2v1
  • Limit number of touches
  • Adjust size of teams in middle zone
