Set Up: Play starts in 3 zones, two end zones with 3 defenders vs 2 attackers and a midfield zone which is 2 vs 2. Play must start from keep who can only pass into defensive zone. 5 players in end zones must stay in those zones, but midfielders can move anywhere in an attempt to help press and win the ball. Having won the ball, they must work through the 1/3rds to combine and create scoring opportunities with attackers.
Key Points: Midfielders must work together. Both go or one to stay? Can they hold the ball and dribble through middle zone to create a better passing and/or shooting opportunity? Communication? How can they create space?
