DESCRIPTION

Each players starts off with a ball.

Points:

- Drop the shoulder and push off the opposite direction using the outside part of the foot

- Trying both left and right foot

Drill Challenge:

- For every successful feint, player gets 1 point

- Player has to perform knee to the chest 5 times if player dribbles and hit the cones
