Split centre circle in half and have 2 groups working, one in either half. Have 2 attackers and 1 defender in each half and 2/3 floaters on the outside. The ball is played in from a floater. The attackers must find a pass to the other side of the circle. Players must think about having a positive 1st touch in order to turn and get the ball to the other side of the circle quickly. Defenders can intercept both teams. Floaters can move around the ouside of the circle
