Pitch split into 3 areas in which players must stay in the relavent area.
Defenders must stay in the area nearest to the goal they are defending. When players get the ball they MUST attempt to keep possesion until a good pass becomes available.
If any player kicks it out of play the opposing team receive a free kick in the area containing the goal they are scoring in.
