Football Drill Demonstration

Description

  1. Players start at beacon 1
  2. Players jog/recover from beacon 1 to 2 and 3 to 4
  3. Players sprint from beacon 2 to 3 and 4 to 1

Coaching points

  1. Recovery jog is important and emphasise breathing technique.
  2. Can complete 10 laps (1to1) but can increase or decrease amount at own discretion
