The (black) players will lightly run towards the (white) players, who have tackle pads. Once both players have engaged they must then release, and go back to the start.
To progress this drill, the players in black will run towards the players with the tackle pads and enagage in the tackle and try and force the player over the line to gain the ball. For fuun make it a competition and keep scores.
