30x40 grid with two gates in opposite corners of grid. Split into teams. Ball played in from coach to team that is trying to pass the ball to a teammate through either of the two gates. Successful pass is 1 pt. Each player on defending team is dribbling a ball and trying to intercept the other teams pass or make a tackle. Defenders must have their own ball in possession/nearby when intercepting the other teams ball or making a tackle. Rotate teams every 3 minutes or after 3 points.
Players movement off the ball to open up passing lanes.
Switching the play and looking for quick transition to other goal.
