Running up and making a 'Touch'
The aim of this drill is to help build up the team ability of making a good touch as well as learning to run backwards and call 'touch'.
The team pairs off with one person standing on the sideline and one on a cone directly in front of them. On the word go the blue side must run up and make a touch on their team on the red side. They must then run backwards until they reach their cone. Once they have reached their cone, red can run towards blue to make a touch and when they make a touch, they must run back to their line. The first pair to each get ten touches and sits down wins.
