DESCRIPTION

2 players per cone- Complete the following 5x Per Player, Per Exercise, Players take turns with 1 ball.

1.  Inside Foot Turn (Chop)

2.  Outside Foot Turn (Hook)

3.  Pullback

4. Cruyff (Optional)

 

COACHING POINTS

Should take no more than 7-8 minutes.

As season goes on, add a move before and after the turn.  Step Over/Mathews/Feint/Scissors/Etc...
