Play a 6v6 the attacking team (red) look to score in the main goal using whatever style of play coach wants. The objective of the session is that when the ball is lost by the attacking team the players react qucikly and and win the ball back high up the field. This drill works on the 6 second rule. The defenders try to clear the ball into the two goals on the half way line.
