30x15 grid, with 10 yard end zones marked.
3 roles, defender, attacker, target.
Attacker starts with ball and looks to pass ball into target. The past must be completed through the endzone the target player is behind. The defender attempts to win the ball.
If the defender wins the ball they play it back to the target. If ball goes out, the attacker gets it back and dribbles in.
After the ball is played to the target the players switch roles.
Defender- Becomes Target(Opposite End of Field)
Attacker- Becomes Defender
Target- Becomes attacker
Attacker needs to create an angle for pass into target. Use ball movement, feints, fake passes etc.. to create passing lane.
Target player should help by creating angles and moving on end line to create a passing lane.
