DESCRIPTION

  • Two teams of four in a small sided grid area. Blue team: made up of the starting back four. Red team: Made up preferably of two wingers and two strikers.
  • Red team: collects a ball from their end every time the game restarts and attempt to get over the far endline and touch their boot on the ball to score.
  • Blue team: Must work as a unit to defend their endline and operate as a compact unit.
