Warm up/Ball Manipulation

DESCRIPTION

  • Players divided into their teams while having a ball each at their feet.
  • Progress from penguin feet, to penguin feet with a role, then roling with your soul towards the body.
  • Break for 30 seconds of kick ups
  • Progress to rolling the ball to the outside alternating feet, then to rolling the ball towards yourself three times stopping it and going the other way, progress to rolling away from yourself three times.
  • Break for kick ups
  • Progress to two touches with the right foot step over with the right foot and drag back with the left foot - repeat except using the left foot for the touches and step over and the right foot for the drag back
  • Players break for kick ups
