The cool down must consist of some static stretching, as well as some gentle jogging. The plan will be to have a square which the players can run around and have different streches at each of the 4 corners.

Corner 1 - Hamstring Stretches

Corner 3 - Calf Stretches

Corner 4 - Upper Body Stretches
