when looking at the activity i have designed i have started with a passing and recieving drill where players will learn how to do a short pass in a zig zag formation following there pass. the participates will recieve the ball behind the cone passing the ball diagonally to other particpate in a knock on way finally dribbiling the ball back to the beginning and repeating the sequence 3 times. The first progression of this drill would be to reduce the amount of touches making the drill alot harder causing players to focus on there accuracy of there passes and making the drill alot harder to control. The next progression of the drill is to increase the distnace of the passing in the drill making the control of the pass alot more focues on also looking at recieving at different speeds. causing the control and accuracy to be focus on in greater detail.
when looking at my final game based drill i have desigend a keep ball session whcih will involve players to pass the ball in a team with opposition in the sqaure. the participate will achieve points by passing the ball between the 2 goals in the sqaure in order to achieve points, i will also allow points to be achieved for 5-10 pass.
